MAIN DUTIES + Assist in month-end closing and preparation of financial statements. + Maintain and update financial records. + Maintain vendor master data + Prepare supporting documents to state bank at year end KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES + Prepare and analyse financial statements and reports. + Conduct variance analysis and identify trends. + Assist to check inventory movement on ERP system. + Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data. + Making analysis cost fluctuation monthly. + Prepare and control incoming, out coming documents in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. + Maintain vendor master data on accounting system. + Maintain tax records and documentation as well as follow supporting documents + Support team members for daily task as control cash flow, standardize working process. + Liaise with tax authorities and external auditors. JOBHOLDER REQUIREMENTS + Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. + Proven experience in financial analysis and reporting.
