Join EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) Poland as an Assistant Product Manager for the SAP FI-GL/BPC/FA product suite. In this dynamic role, you’ll collaborate with technologists and business experts to enable innovative solutions supporting core finance operations within the global EY organization.
Key Responsibilities Support requirements review, validation activities, test case reviews, and user acceptance testing for new features in the SAP FI-GL/BPC/FA suite. Ensure SAP components comply with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. Monitor and report on the effectiveness and ROI of SAP components within business operations. Assess and manage impacts to related processes and products resulting from proposed changes. Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to manage and monitor functional incidents and service requests through resolution. Oversee technical incident, service request, and problem ticket management, including prioritization and closure. Provide global, cross-border major incident oversight and communicate status updates to the global business promptly. Adhere to SLA compliance and adjust ticket prioritization as needed. Analyze batch failures/errors and summarize findings in reports for the lead Product Manager. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
