Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP Architect who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 11 to 13 years of experience specializing in SAP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology architecture and a good understanding of the Medical Devices domain. This hybrid role requires working during the day shift with no travel required.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Lead the design and implementation of SAP solutions to meet business requirements.
+ Oversee the integration of SAP systems with other enterprise applications.
+ Provide technical guidance and support to development teams.
+ Ensure the scalability and performance of SAP systems.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
+ Develop and maintain architecture documentation and standards.
+ Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning.
+ Manage the lifecycle of SAP applications, including upgrades and patches.
+ Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
+ Drive innovation and continuous improvement in SAP solutions.
+ Mentor and train junior team members on SAP technologies.
+ Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
+ Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance SAP capabilities.
**Qualifications:**
+ Extensive experience in SAP architecture and implementation.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
+ Good understanding of the Medical Devices domain.
+ Proficient in system integration and performance tuning.
+ Experience in managing SAP application lifecycles.
+ Experience in hybrid work environments is a plus.
+ Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
+ Proactive approach to identifying and solving issues.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
+ Adaptable to changing business needs and technologies.
+ Passion for continuous learning and improvement.
**Certifications:**
+ SAP Certified Technology Associate.
+ TOGAF certification is a plus.
**Salary and Other Compensation:**
The annual salary for this position is between $112,000 – 132,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
