SAP Application Developer - Application and Development & Maintenance
CTG is seeking to fill a SAP Application Developer – Application and Development & Maintenance opening for our client in Bellevue, WA. Location: Bellevue, WA Duration: 4 months Description: Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SAP applications (Application Development and Maintenance), ensuring alignment with business requirements and IT strategies. Requires a deep understanding of SAP technology, industry trends, and business processes. Works closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation of SAP applications. Brief Scope of Work: • Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for T-Mobile Cloud platform Duties: • Design, develop, and maintain SAP applications to meet business requirements. • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for T-Mobile Cloud platform SAP systems. • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions. • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve SAP-related issues to minimize business disruptions. • Ensure application stability, performance, and compliance with enterprise IT standards. • Support ongoing application development, system enhancements, and maintenance activities. • Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance processes. • Document technical designs, processes, and solutions. Skills: • Strong proficiency in SAP application development and maintenance. • Expertise in SAP ABAP, SAP UI5, Fiori, or related technologies. • Knowledge of SAP integration technologies (IDoc, BAPI, RFC, OData, etc.). • Ability to support cloud-based SAP environments. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple priorities. • Familiarity with ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management. Experience: • 5+ years of experience in SAP application development and support. • Experience providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 SAP application support. • Background in application development and maintenance within large enterprise environments. • Prior experience supporting cloud-based platforms is preferred. Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience. Additional Notes: This role does not involve access to sensitive technologies such as defense, cryptography (except where noted under U.S. export regulations), biometric, nuclear, or quantum technologies. The candidate will not perform penetration testing or ethical hacking. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
