It embarks new technologies and digital trends. It is the keeper of manufacturing process knowledge. MSAT is at the crossroad of R&D and production. It is a multi-disciplinary function that provides expertise in process, manufacturing sciences, process modeling, statistical analysis, process validation and technology transfer. **Main responsibilities** + Receive hands-on training in upstream or downstream bioprocess equipment to conduct lab activities independently. + Collaborate with your mentor to support development and verification studies, including new product development, process optimization, and scale-down investigations. + Assist in drafting MSAT technical documents, such as protocols, reports, and memos, for process transfer, validation, and troubleshooting. + Support process disruption investigations by coordinating, monitoring, and assessing process trends and impacts. + Contribute to corrective and preventive actions, assisting with documentation, sampling, coordination, and project management. + Help facilitate technology transfer by supporting MSAT representatives in knowledge sharing and preparing key documentation. + Develop tools and systems to standardize processes and capture key learnings across Sanofi’s network. **_About you_** Education: + Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Science, Bioengineering, or Chemical Engineering.
