Sanitation Specialist (Fixed Term 12 months contract)

Make It With Pride.** The Sanitation specialist is responsible for leading and maintaining Sanitation, Pest Control and GMP programs and ensuring that our programs are compliant with corporate quality policie's and internal and external requirements. You are supporting Operations through administration of Mondelez’s Quality Programs and are involved in problem solving to prevent faulty product, consumer complaints, and sanitary design issues. Together with quality manager, develop and implement strategies that will ensure that the necessary tools, supplies, and equipment are available to perform sanitation, pest control and GMP tasks effectively. **How you will contribute** + Drive for Results- can be counted on to exceed goals successfully; is constantly and consistently one of the top performers; very bottom-line oriented; steadfastly pushes self and others for results. + Priority Setting- Spends his/her time and the time of others on what’s important; quickly zeros in on the critical few and puts the trivial many aside; can quickly sense what will help or hinder accomplishing a goal; eliminates roadblocks; creates focus. + Interpersonal Savvy – Relates well to all kinds of people in organization; builds and leverages relationships; can diffuse high-tension situations effectively. + Ensuring all functions in change management projects are aware of and follow policies, legislation, and best practices. + Contributing to the required competency level of MU personnel by influencing, supporting and educating in quality awareness when applicable (ex. compliance to QPs and best practices) **Primary responsibilities of the position** + You will lead site’s sanitation, pest control and GMP systems, including internal documentation and change management control to ensure quality policies, internal and external aspects are integrated into the local systems effectively. + Ensures compliance with the Global Cleaning and Sanitation Manual, Pest Control, Hygienic Design Standard and GMP rules and requirements and maintain programs to control activities. + Lead and participate in root cause analysis for sanitation, pest control and GMP issues, working with the quality and production team to implement effective preventive measures. + Ensure regular follow ups to identify continues improvement opportunities and lead implementation of those. + Reviews all pest control trends and provides guidance and coaching to site and representatives from third-party vendor. + Acts as a technical liaison between factory personnel, sanitation chemical supplier, Corporate Sanitation, and third party sanitation provider. + Maintains and reviews Master Sanitation Schedule annually. Continuous improvement + Participate IL6S programs and lead standard work process for one of the QM pillar work processes. + Manage quality KPIs by compiling and analyzing data, identifying areas of improvement. + Challenge status quo to increase efficiency. + Identify gaps related to quality (e.g. routines, best practices, Quality Policies, specifications, quality and food safety documentation etc.). + Contributing to achieve a high level of quality and food safety awareness throughout the production organization by conducting required training and coaching in relevant areas such as GMP, microbiology, hygienic design, pest control, sanitation. **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: + Bachelor degree in food technology or similar + Relevant experience in FMCG + Experience in food safety management, including sanitation, pest management and GMP programs. + Deep knowledge of GMP, zoning, environmental monitoring, allergen and foreign matter control within food manufacturing environments. + Deep knowledge of IL6S, Lean or similar. + Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and educate cross-functional teams. + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify risks and implement corrective actions. + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. + Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams to ensure food safety standards are met. + Take initiative with minimal direction. + Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills to act as a liaison. + Fluent in English and preferably in Swedish. **More about this role** **Work schedule: 100%** **Relocation Support Available?** No Relocation support available **Business Unit Summary** **We value our talented employees, and whenever possible strive to help one of our associates grow professionally before recruiting new talent to our open positions.
