Position Title: Sanitation Operator

Follow the 7 wet and dry steps of sanitation in a safe manner Ensure that all cleaning practices being followed and are within the established guidelines Follow proper GMP and safety guidelines Document and maintain supply inventories Use pH, chlorine and Quaternary Ammonia test strips and interpret indicators Communicate mechanical problems to maintenance 

 

Follow standard work and recommend changes Coordinate work duties with Sanitation Lead when there is down time Back up Lead 

 

Job Qualification Requirements:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.  Ability to analyze data and draw logical conclusions with minimal guidance, and deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Trained in sanitation and chemical safety practices About McCain:
