Our client, a leading manufacturer in the woodworking industry, is seeking a Sander to join their team. As a Sander, you will be part of the paint shop supporting the finishing process for doors and windows. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team environment, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Sander

Location: Green Bay, WI

Pay Range: $18 - $20 per hour based on experience

What's the Job?

Perform hand sanding and operate smaller power sanders to finish doors and windows. Provide general assistance within the department to ensure smooth operations. Maintain a clean and orderly work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Stand and move around for extended periods while completing sanding tasks. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

What's Needed?

Experience in sanding or woodworking is a plus. Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks. Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
