2020 Companies seeks a remote Field Operations Manager for an immediate full-time position!
Under the guidance of the Program Manager, the Field Operations Manager (FOM) will oversee the Retail Associate team across Samsung Experience Store (SES) locations. This role is essential to program success and focuses on team leadership, client relations, performance management, and operational excellence.
The FOM will:
Build and maintain strong relationships with store leadership and the client management team to meet and exceed program goalsHire, train, coach, and evaluate Retail Associates, providing ongoing performance feedback and development supportDeliver program reporting, manage staffing levels, and drive special projects as neededPartner closely with 2020 corporate support teams to ensure alignment and executionConduct regular on-site visits to SES locations for performance reviews and development planningRepresent the program with a high level of professionalism in all client- and management-facing interactionsThis position requires regular travel and a proactive leadership style focused on team success and client satisfaction.

Successfully develop and build relationships with corporate support and the Client leadership teamEffectively provide staffing, performance, and coaching reporting to program & client leadershipContribute to team effort by assisting in launch-related activities, as neededTravel to retail locations, as neededEnsure adherence to all company policies and proceduresAttend meetings and conference calls as required, as neededRemain proactive in anticipating problems and work to resolve them quicklyPerform all other duties as assignedFacilitate the staffing and onboarding process for their assigned region(s)Create a welcoming new hire experience and ensure completion of required trainingCollaborate with the training team to ensure adherence to the new hire onboarding pathCreating & Auditing Team Schedules and Shift ComplianceDevelop and maintain team schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and alignment with business needsConduct regular audits of shift compliance to ensure adherence to established schedules and standardsEnsure store team compliance with retailer standards and internal performance metricsPerformance Measurements:
Staffing Rates & 90-day TurnoverExternal/Internal ComplianceEfficient handling of administrative tasksClient satisfaction based on the KPIs and client satisfaction metricsWork with the Program Manager and other key account team partners to determine meaningful business metrics for the program and help build reporting around it to drive the businessQualifications:
College degree required, Business degree preferred4-7 years retail and operations management experience requiredSuperior leadership abilities with effective, professional communication and presentation skillsProven ability to show good judgment and initiative, make decisions, and problem solveCapable of working autonomously with excellent time management skillsHigh-level Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, M365 experienceWorkday & Salesforce or similar CRM experience preferredMust be able to travel to various markets across the US and work flexible hoursWhat You Can Expect From 2020 Companies
