Overview:

2020 Companies has an immediate full-time Export & Order Management Specialist representing our client, Samsung Electronics America.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven professional to join our team in Export & Order Management. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient and compliant execution of both international and domestic shipments, from order processing to final delivery. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating with internal departments, freight forwarders, and external partners to drive fulfillment efficiency, optimize sales operations, and maintain high standards of exceptional customer service.

In this role, you will lead global and domestic order allocations, develop strategic business plans to meet sales targets, and provide insightful reporting to key stakeholders. If you have experience in logistics operations, SAP systems, and possess strong analytical skills, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career with a dynamic and collaborative team.

Pay: $29.00 + per hour based on experience

Location: On-site in the Santa Ana, CA office

Work Authorization:

Job Description:

Monitor and assess sales operations and related goals and targets for efficiency, KPI performance, and implement a strategy for sales increase when necessary

Lead export order allocations for subsidiaries and global reallocation sales

Research & develop business strategies to meet the DEPT sales revenue target

Analyze and provide pending order status and fulfillment reports for customer accounts

Lead distributor and OEM account order allocations for maximum efficiency and effectiveness

Create sales/order fulfilment report to share with internal stakeholders, external partners (DISTY, OEM, ASC/BE)

Qualifications:

Experience in risk-based, analytical, or investigative functions and the ability to drive necessary changes

University degree with a focus on Business Administration or Finance, or related areas, or equivalent

1-3 years of in-depth experience with consumer electronic parts and logistics operation

Proven experience in the SAP System

Strong MS-Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) experience

Good numerical and deep-dive data analytical skills with Excel
