Our Retail Operations team rewrites the rules of traditional retail with immersive, tech-driven experiences—perfect for an innovative leader who excels at coaching and driving results through a customer focused sales team. As the Store Manager, you will drive results, inspire your team, and create unforgettable customer moments in all interactions.

What You’ll Own

Sales-First Culture
Champion a revenue-driven environment by leading SFL/MOD roles and modeling personal sales performance.Store Performance & Profitability
Drive top- and bottom-line results by analyzing sales trends, managing expenses, and executing localized marketing and event initiatives.Experience Excellence
Curate engaging in-store demos, workshops, and experiential activations—ensuring every guest leaves informed, delighted, and inspired.Team Development & Coaching
Recruit, mentor, and energize Brand Ambassadors through real-time feedback, training programs, and recognition initiatives.Operational Mastery
Partner with Store Technology, Repairs, Visual Merchandising, and Corporate Support to ensure flawless front- and back-of-house operations and SOP compliance.Customer Advocacy
Own the end-to-end customer journey, from greeting to checkout to post-purchase service, driving NPS and loyalty.Opening & Closing Procedures
Execute all opening and closing tasks and work required hours during holidays, launches, and other peak seasons.

Skills and Qualifications

What You Bring

Retail Leader – 8+ years in big-box or specialty retail, with 6+ years managing P&L and teams of associates.Preferred: Consumer Electronics Savvy – You understand smartphones, wearables, and connected ecosystems—and can convey their value to customers.People-First Coach – You’re an exceptional communicator and culture-builder, adept at motivating teams to exceed expectations.Data-Driven & Decisive – You leverage metrics to guide strategy and take swift action to capitalize on opportunities.Adaptable & Resilient – You thrive in a fast-paced environment and pivot seamlessly when priorities shift.
