**Job Description:**
This job is responsible for assisting with the development, maintenance, quality assessment and sample execution of tests. Key responsibilities include implementing and driving the data acquisition strategy for the Testing Control and Sampling Environment and/or overseeing the development and maintenance of quality tests. Job expectations include ensuring consistent quality of activities, processes and outputs by establishing effective review practices.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Ensures that testing comprehensively covers key requirements of applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and is accountable for ensuring automation is leveraged in all work under development
+ Oversees quality reviews or the delivery of samples for execution
+ Monitors the developing and updating of routines, strategies, and operational guidelines for overall use by Independent Testing
+ Defines a data acquisition strategy and sampling environment, obtains requirements to design efficient and comprehensive tests, and maintains quality standards throughout the process

**Required Education and Experience:**
+ Bachelor’s degrees or above in fields including but not limited to: Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Process and Mechanical Engineering, Operations Research, Data Science, Accounting, Business Administration (or equivalent work experience)
+ 7+ years of relevant work experience
**Required Skills:**
+ Knowledge of financial services industry and related regulations
+ Digital fluency
+ Experience implementing process improvements and automation
+ Subject matter expertise in areas that span across Consumer Products , Regulations, and related processes (e.g., Fraud, AML, Payments)
+ Proven track record of seamlessly leading and executing enterprise-wide initiatives
+ The candidate must be a strong communicator and able to effectively explain the rationale and details of the methodologies to a broad set of audiences that include key senior stakeholders across the Bank, as well as auditors and regulators
