They can fully understand each application by efficiently obtaining the required details by utilizing all available resources of request information including detailed request forms, email, and direct communications with requestor. This position is part of the Applications Lab team, located in Wood Dale, IL and will be on-site. **The essential responsibilities of the role:** + Validate whether Videojet equipment and/or supplies will successfully meet or exceed theexpectations set forth by the needs of the requestor. + Provide well-timed communications with members of our commercial sales, technicalsupport and/or customers. + Tailor Videojet equipment settings to properly meet or exceed the application requirementswithin equipment limitations. + Evaluate results to assess overall quality as well as performance and determine need foradjustment. The compensation range for this role is $25.00 - $29.00 USD per hour. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
