The Sample Coordinator Intern will interact with customers, to provide information, support and problem resolution to inquiries and orders status. This person will be trained to serve as the customer’s point of contact for delivery and sample order. Also, will maintain proactive communication and acts on customer inquiries in an efficient and timely manner.
