Position Summary
Samsung Electronics Baltics is one of 16 Samsung Electronics Sales subsidiaries in Europe. There are 200 employees located across all 3 Baltic countries with the central office based in Riga, Latvia.Samsung being one of the market leaders and innovators in IT & Mobile industry, is transforming the world of smartphones, tablets, smart accessories.
We are looking for a capable and knowledgeable team member to join us as Sample Coordinator assistant (salary 1600-2000 EUR Gross + Semi-annual bonus (up 2400-3000 EUR Gross)).
Role and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Whole company sample flow management, timely fulfillment of product requests, and update on the internal system: issuing/Returning/prolongation / Scraping, etc.
Sample range: Smartphones, wearables, TVs, home appliances (refrigerators, TVs,washing machines, etc) etc.
•Manage sample product circulation between 3 Baltic offices and the main Warehouse by receiving, packing, and sending goods
•Regular follow-up with Stakeholders such as company employees, Vendors, Customers, etc.
• Sample management training for newcomers, employees, and teams to educate and ensure adherence to the sample policy, process, and deadlines
• Sample Report for management
• Regular stock-take and maintain stock in an orderly manner
• Regular check sample acceptance/Return Act
• Sample Guard system execution and yearly license renewal
• Follow-up yearly agreement renewal
• Analyzing sample issue status and proposal sample management improvement
• Regular Observation for Sample / Return device Scrap
Skills and Qualifications
Requirements:
Excellent time management skills, quick learner, detail-oriented person, great communication skillsPrevious experience with MS ExcelAt least one year of experience with similar work responsibilitiesFluency in English (English language is needed for communication with colleagues and partners abroad).Interpersonal skills – communication with external vendors and stakeholders on all levels of seniorityCuriosity – natural desire to find out things, seek missing information, and backgroundResilience – the ability to say ‘’no’’ when appropriate and enforce due processTeamwork and leadershipExperience with ERP systems; SAP experience is a plusHigher educationPreferably previous experience in an international environmentKnowledge and interest in Samsung devicesOther company benefits:
