SUMMARY
This position coordinates the administration of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources (HR) functions and duties within Saint Agnes Medical Providers (SAMP) and serves as a HR liaison with the Saint Agnes Medical Foundation (SAMF) colleagues, SAMF Credentialing, Payroll/Finance, and Saint Agnes Medical Center Medical Staff office. The incumbent works with the Human Resources Operations Consultant in some or all of the following functional areas: Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), employee relations, compensation, training and development, health and welfare benefits, organization development, workers’ compensation, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding of providers for Saint Agnes Medical Providers. This position also engages in diverse analytical support tasks, including data analysis, reporting, research and coordinating performance metrics to ensure smooth daily operations.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is required.
2. Five (5) years of experience in a human resources position or position directly supporting HR is required.
3. Knowledge of Human Resources practices, employment laws and regulations is required.
4. Ability to protect and maintain confidentiality is required.
5. Ability to work effectively with and relate to diverse populations is required. Ability to work independently, and in a team environment, while providing support to multiple stakeholders.
6. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
7. Proven ability to problem-solve, meet deadlines, and deliver accurate results concurrent with competing priorities and under tight timelines is required. Exceptional attention to detail, along with a high level of organizational skills is required.
8. Computer proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer is required. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Workday is preferred.
9. Experience with an integrated HR and Payroll system is preferred.
10. PHR certification is preferred.
Pay Range $71,614 – $107,411
