**Job Summary** We are seeking a SalesForce Techno Functional BA with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Financial Service Cloud SFDC Development & Customization Insurance Cloud Omnistudio SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration. The role is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required. Proficiency in English is essential. **Responsibilities** + Gain understanding of the Customer organization business processes business requirements current and proposed systems and new system design. + Facilitate project team to understand functional requirements + Work with the Testing Lead to coordinate and manage SIT. + Conduct product demo sessions for Customer SMEs + Conduct Requirements Workshop jointly with Customer SMEs + Collaborate with Customer SMEs to define To Be Business Processes + Prepare Functional Specifications + Act as the point of contact for Customer for functional aspects act as a bridge between offshore team and Customer + Conduct training sessions **Salary and Other Compensation:** Applications will be accepted until 5/4/2025. The annual salary for this position is between $160,000 – $186,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
