Consistently exceed revenue and services targets through strategic deal negotiation, pipeline growth, and effective account management. Cultivate and expand high-value relationships across key industry sectors, leveraging strong local market knowledge and networks. Drive new business acquisition through initiative-taking market engagement, thought leadership, and participation in industry forums. Develop partner and alliance strategies to enhance go-to-market impact and solution offerings. Lead cross-functional teams to craft and present compelling proposals aligned with customer goals and Salesforce capabilities. Maintain strong, long-term client relationships to support growth, retention, and ongoing innovation. Qualifications What you will bring: Extensive experience in CRM consulting with a consistent track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets. Understanding of AI, Cloud Health, PSS cloud and associated cloud technologies. Deep understanding of enterprise systems, including CRM, SFA, and ERP platforms and proven success in leading system implementations that drive business value. Strong leadership capabilities, demonstrated by building, managing, and inspiring high-performing, collaborative sales teams. Analytical and visionary mindset to identify complex business challenges and deliver creative, tailored solutions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated integrity, credibility, and professional ethics that set the standard for others.
