Salesforce Business Analyst | Bridge Business Needs with Scalable CRM Solutions Are you passionate about turning complex business problems into elegant Salesforce solutions? Join our dynamic team as a Salesforce Business Analyst and play a vital role in transforming business requirements into impactful enhancements across our Salesforce platform. We're looking for a strategic thinker and skilled communicator who can collaborate across technical and business teams to deliver scalable, data-driven, and user-friendly solutions. What You Bring + 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Functional Consultant. + Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Flows, etc.). + Proficient in writing BRDs, user stories, test cases, and process documentation. + Experience supporting UAT, user training, and post-deployment support. + Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. + Familiarity with data modeling, system integrations, and reporting tools. + Salesforce certifications (Admin, Business Analyst, etc.) a strong plus. + Play a key role in Salesforce-driven digital transformation initiatives. + Collaborate with high-performing teams in a supportive and agile environment. + Influence strategic decisions through data and process optimization. + Enjoy opportunities for professional growth and Salesforce certification support. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering + Engage with stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and surveys to capture business needs and user pain points. + Translate those insights into clear, actionable Business Requirements Documents (BRDs). + Analyze current-state business processes and identify opportunities for optimization using Salesforce capabilities. Solution Design & Collaboration + Work closely with Salesforce Admins, Developers, and Architects to design scalable, efficient CRM solutions. + Define functional requirements and translate them into Salesforce configurations (objects, fields, flows, page layouts, etc.). + Maintain comprehensive documentation of workflows, business processes, data models, and integration touchpoints. Testing & Quality Assurance + Define and execute test cases to validate functionality against requirements. + Participate in and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions are accurate, bug-free, and user-approved before deployment. Stakeholder Engagement & Support + Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure ongoing alignment and transparency. + Deliver end-user training, create documentation such as user manuals and guides, and provide post-go-live support. + Support change management efforts to boost adoption and promote best practices. Reporting & Data Integrity + Collaborate with business users to define reporting needs and assist in creating dashboards and reports. + Monitor and help maintain data accuracy and integrity across Salesforce. + Recommend enhancements to improve reporting capabilities and user insights. System Integration Support + Understand data flows between Salesforce and external systems (e.g., ERP, marketing automation). + Work with integration teams to ensure secure, accurate, and consistent data synchronization.
