Responsibilities: Basic Development and Customization: Develop and configure solutions within Salesforce, implementing standard components and performing customization tasks under supervision. OOP programming. Support in Salesforce Industries: Contribute to the implementation of Salesforce Industries solutions under the supervision of senior developers, especially in areas related to telecommunications. Process Optimization: Assist in optimizing internal processes, performing tests, and ensuring the proper functioning of implemented solutions. Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior developers and other technical teams to ensure the quality and delivery of requested functionalities. **Required technical and professional expertise** Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working with Salesforce and its tools, preferably with some experience in Salesforce Industries (Vlocity). Salesforce Core Developer Skills: * APEX * SOSL, SOQL * Salesforce UI: (VisualForce, Aura, Angular) or LWC (HTML5, JS, CSS, XML) Salesforce Core Admin Skills: * FLOW Builder * Lightning App Builder * Profiles, Permission Sets Salesforce Clouds Knowledge: * Sales Cloud * Service Cloud Soft Skills: Ability to work in a team, learn from senior developers, and improve technical skills. **Preferred technical and professional experience** Hiring manager and Recruiter should collaborate to create the relevant verbiage.
