Salesforce/ServiceMax - Architect and Technical Lead
CTG is seeking to fill a Salesforce ServiceMax - Architect and Technical Lead opening for our premier client. Location: Remote Duration: 6 months with possible extension We are urgently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Software Architect and Team Lead with a minimum of 4-5 years of proven experience in ServiceMax and a demonstrated background in software architecture. This role is critical to ensuring the delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performing ServiceMax solutions coupled with a proven ability to mentor and drive best practices. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of Salesforce and ServiceMax solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing platforms and processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into precise technical specifications. Establish and enforce best practices in architecture, data security, and performance optimization. Maintain awareness of ServiceMax product enhancements, Salesforce ecosystem updates, and emerging technologies to ensure strategic alignment. Oversee solution development, customization, and deployment within the ServiceMax environment. Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to development teams. The ideal candidate needs to have: Minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on ServiceMax experience (design, configuration, and implementation). Strong expertise in software architecture and system integration. Salesforce platform architecture experience is highly desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with proven success in cross-functional collaboration. Excellent communication ( fluency in professional English, both written and spoken) and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive technical direction. Preferably, the candidate should have a LinkedIn profile, which can be shared with the client. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
