***Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant- Hybrid role***

For our international client, RED is currently looking for a Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant to join their roll out project.

The consultant is expected to start from September 2025 and for an initial 6+ months contract. The project is hybrid with 3 days onsite in Barcelona and 2 days remote.

Desired skills:

Proven expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud Strong background in Call Center Operations and/or Customer Service workflows Demonstrated ability to work on end-to-end implementations Solid experience with stakeholder management, timelines, and deliverables Salesforce certifications (e.g., Service Cloud Consultant) are a plus
