Hands on with testing, test designing and accountable for the QA delivery with high quality! Requirements: + Experience working with Salesforce Technology. + Develop, lead, guide and monitor the analysis, design, implementation and execution of the test cases for a given project. + Maintaining cordial relationships between cross functional teams like development, configuration management, program management, product managers etc. + Sending crisp and clear status to the higher management. + Creating and defining risks contingencies and plans. + Involvement in the planning, monitoring, and control of the testing activities and tasks + Experience with Agile Development processes, and methodologies. + Work closely on the deadlines of the project and Work with all stakeholders to ensure that the quality metrics are reviewed, closed, and agreed upon. + Working knowledge of Azure Devops/ Jira or similar project management/issue tracking tools. + Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills. + Should be doing hands on and able to identify bugs and issues. + Salesforce Admin certification Preferences: + Automation testing + BA experience in any capacity. + Salesforce Sales cloud certification + Salesforce Administrator experience **Position Level** Senior Associate **Country** India At Huron, we’re redefining what a consulting organization can be.
