Job description and skill requirements for this position are below: This role is for the SaaS Practice that covers multiple offerings including Salesforce, GLOVIA OM, Sustainable Manufacturing, and Digital Shifts solutions. The solutions delivered by the Practice are built on various platforms like Salesforce and Microsoft technologies that are Fujitsu’s IP solutions. Location: Canada Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Sr. Manager to lead various complex Salesforce GLOVIA, and other offering engagements across diverse industries. This role combines delivery excellence with strategic business development, requiring a strong background in Salesforce implementations, client engagement, and commercial acumen. The role requires managing projects across the entire portfolio of this Practice consisting of diverse solutions. Key Responsibilities + Manage large-scale implementation, support & upgrade projects or oversee of various sizes, ensuring each is delivered on time, within budget, and to specifications. + Collaborate closely with Salesforce and other Technical Architects, technical teams, and functional analysts to achieve project objectives. + Act as the primary client contact and escalation point, sharing project updates and decisions and creating growth strategies for client satisfaction. + Work with the solutioning team to develop accurate work estimates, project budgets, and timelines using your expertise and sound judgment. + Develop and implement quality control plans, monitor issues and resolutions, oversee risk management activities, and direct change control processes across all project components. + Create and update commercial documentation, including Statements of Work, purchase orders, price quotes, and other contractual materials. + Lead and motivate the delivery team, cultivating a high-performance culture and ensuring team members have the resources and environment needed to succeed. + Proactively identify, monitor, and manage business and project risks, minimizing disruptions to delivery and project success. + Delivering high quality services to customers results in a high CSAT score. KPIs for this role will be Billable utilization, CSAT score, revenue generation and growth activities supported. + Support client post-implementation by providing ongoing guidance, facilitating continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring sustained value creation. + Learn Fujitsu’s AppExchange product GLOVIA and assist in designing and implementing customer solutions. + Support RFP response, cost estimations, solutioning, proposal drafting and other pursuit activities that are part of Fujitsu’s Business Assurance Policies (deal governance processes). + Assist in creating presentations and collaterals to showcase Practice offering capabilities to different audiences like Sales, Industry Analysts (like Gartner), external partners, GDCs, etc. + Assist in conducting internally & externally facing product demonstrations. + Participate in commercial and negotiation activities to present proposals to internal and external stakeholders. + Demonstrate an energetic, self-motivated, and proactive approach to problem-solving and stakeholder engagement. + Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time, primarily within North America, for client meetings and project delivery. + Flexible working across multiple time zones to address customer & business delivery, including but not limited to various North American, European, Indian, and Japan time zones. + Be proactive in identifying problems and own the implementation of solutions. The problems could be related to resourcing, customer engagement, employee management, Fujitsu operational processes, GDC, pipeline, etc. + Learn and adopt new technologies like AI in day-to-day work and operations as well as develop new commercial solutions + Delivery growth across assigned accounts and service lines Required Qualifications + 8 years of experience in IT project management. + 5 years of proven success leading Salesforce implementation projects, including Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, and other cloud deployments. + Industry experience in either the Manufacturing or Retail sector. + Ability to learn and apply Fujitsu’s solutions and IP like GLOVIA OM, Profours, etc. + Salesforce Administrator certification: candidates with equivalent Salesforce delivery expertise will also be considered. + Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. + Certified with various project delivery models: Waterfall, Agile, or Scrum; certification in Agile or SAFe Agile project delivery frameworks preferred. Preferred Skills + Demonstrated success in delivering large, complex projects is highly valued for this position. + Familiarity with RAID/RACI frameworks and PMO reporting. + Background in business development or pre-sales support. + Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and technical teams. + Working knowledge of AI and analytics tools such as Agentforce or Tableau CRM (formerly Einstein Analytics) is preferred. + Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, MIRO, or similar tools; basic familiarity required.
