Salesforce Senior Developer
**About the role** As a Salesforce nCino Developer, you will make an impact by designing, developing, and configuring scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform with a focus on the nCino Bank Operating System. You will be a valued member of the Banking Technology team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to deliver robust commercial banking solutions. **In this role, you will:** - Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce. - Configure and customize nCino components including UI Groups, Routes, Screens, Product Catalogs, and Security Models. - Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, including prototyping and solution demonstrations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the full commercial credit lifecycle and ensure alignment with banking processes. - Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and continuous improvement initiatives. **Work model: Hybrid** **We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 4 days a week in in Mount Laurel, NJ. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.** **What you need to have to be considered** - 6+ years of Salesforce development experience with strong command of Apex, LWC, and Visualforce. - One year of hands-on experience with nCino Bank Operating System, including configuration and customization. - Deep understanding of commercial/business banking processes, including credit lifecycle, lending, and digital banking platforms. - Proven ability to lead business architecture design sessions and translate requirements into technical solutions. - Experience with Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM. **These will help you stand out** - nCino 301 certification. - Experience configuring product packages, entity involvement, exposure, collateral, and covenants in nCino. - Strong knowledge of no-code Salesforce tools like Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules. - Excellent communication, planning, and time management skills. - Familiarity with Core Banking Services and integration patterns.
