Possess strong negotiation and conflict management skills and proven leadership. Demonstrate strong analytical skills and critical thinking oriented towards solutions and continuous improvement. Knowledge and experience in the use of a planning and tracking tool. Excellent knowledge of English, both oral and written. Knowledge of conversational and written French is considered an asset.
