• UST is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead and deliver successful Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
• As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing Salesforce projects while ensuring they align with business objectives and are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• You will also leverage your Scrum Master experience to guide and empower project teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient environment.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of Salesforce projects, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Maintain a strong understanding of Salesforce fundamentals, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other relevant Salesforce clouds.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and communication strategies.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and escalating as necessary.
• Facilitate project meetings, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, in your capacity as Scrum Master.
• Guide and coach project teams on Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Collaborate with business analysts and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement change management processes effectively.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices within the Salesforce project management framework.
Key Role Requirement:
• At least 10 years of IT experience.
• Proven experience (at least 5 years) in managing Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects of varying complexities.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Demonstrable experience in leading teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies and principles.
• Excellent knowledge of Salesforce fundamentals and experience with at least two Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Required Certifications:
Must Have:
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile Certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
Good to have:
• Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant.
• Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant.
• Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant.
• Other relevant Salesforce certifications.
