**Job Summary** Overall Experience of 5 + Years in salesforce CRM-Sales, Service and Health Cloud and current role as Developer. **Responsibilities** + Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. + Respond to and resolve incidents impacting the Salesforce environment, ensuring minimal disruption to users and business processes. + Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues within the Salesforce platform, including bugs, performance problems, and integration issues. + Monitor the health and performance of the Salesforce production environment, identifying potential issues before they impact users. + Work closely with other teams, including development, business analysts, and end-users, to understand issues, gather requirements, and implement solutions. + Participate in the planning and execution of Salesforce releases and upgrades, ensuring a smooth transition for users. + Test and validate new features, customizations, and integrations to ensure they function correctly. **Certifications Required** Salesforce Certified Administrator **S** **alary and Other Compensation:** Applications will be accepted until May 15, 2025. The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 - $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
