This individual will oversee the management of our Salesforce technology stack, focusing on stakeholder engagement and requirement gathering. You will assist with the evaluation, integration, and utilization of new and existing capabilities to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency while ensuring that all tools are running safely and securely. This position requires someone who is passionate about driving outcomes and leading the technology supporting those outcomes, who can bring creative and new ideas to life, and who will deliver superior results consistently. Reports progress to Steering Committee interfacing with Executive Sponsor(s) and key Stakeholders across the different Salesforce ORGs. This position will deliver on translating key business goals and strategies into actionable functionality and metrics. Determines target-state User Experience while making decisions and helps remove roadblocks/obstacles.
