**Key Responsibilities:**
- Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the Salesforce development team
- Define and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business goals
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process mapping sessions
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
- Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Coach team members on Agile principles and Scrum best practices
- Track and report sprint progress using Jira dashboards and metrics
- Promote collaboration and transparency across cross-functional teams
**Required Skills/Qualifications:**
+ 5+ years of experience in a hybrid Product Owner / Business Analyst role
+ 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
+ Proven expertise with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom apps)
+ Hands-on experience with Jira for backlog management and sprint tracking
+ Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
+ Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skill
**Education:**
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, SoftwareEngineering, or a related field.
