As a Salesforce Product Manager, you will work with stakeholders to define business needs, implement product strategy and own the end-to-end lifecycle for Salesforce and other systems, including but not limited to Salesforce Service Cloud, Consumer Goods Cloud, CloudCraze, Freshdesk, OwnBackup, and other potential systems. You will work with our Skechers and System Integrator technical teams on design, building solution components, unit testing, and driving forward Salesforce initiatives around the globe.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Planning and Leadership:
Develop and maintain product roadmaps for Salesforce and other enterprise applications, aligning them with overall business strategy and goalsLead regular stakeholder meetings to gather feedback, prioritize requests, and communicate product updatesDevelop and present business cases for new initiatives or major upgrades to executive leadershipStay current with industry trends, including AI and machine learning, identifying implementation opportunities within enterprise applicationsProduct Development and Management:
Collaborate with technical teams on design, development, configuration, and feature enhancements for all managed applicationsOversee end-to-end product lifecycle, including configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deploymentManage integrations between different platforms and technologies, ensuring seamless data flow and functionalityLead the creation and maintenance of comprehensive product documentation, including user guides and training materialsPerformance Optimization and Analysis:
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for each application to measure success and drive continuous improvementConduct regular analysis on feature performance, user satisfaction, and overall application efficiencyIdentify and implement optimization opportunities to maximize ROI and user experienceTeam and Resource Management:
Oversee day-to-day execution, planning, and resource allocation for application teamsManage project backlogs and facilitate backlog grooming sessions with development teamsFoster personnel development and maintain high-performance standards within the teamVendor and Stakeholder Management:
Participate in vendor management, including tool evaluation, contract negotiation, and relationship managementCollaborate with data science and AI teams to implement advanced solutions within enterprise applicationsCoordinate with cybersecurity teams to ensure all applications meet security standards and compliance requirementsChange Management and User Adoption:
Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new features and applications across the organizationFacilitate knowledge transfer and training sessions for end-users and IT team membersContinuously gather and incorporate user feedback to improve application usability and effectivenessApplication Portfolio Management:
Oversee a diverse portfolio of enterprise applications, including but not limited to Salesforce products, customer service platforms (e.g., Freshdesk), data backup solutions (e.g., OwnBackup), and other critical business systemsDemonstrate flexibility and adaptability in managing various applications as assigned, regardless of their direct relation to SalesforceQuickly learn and become proficient in new applications as they are added to the portfolioQUALIFICATIONS
Recommended Salesforce Certifications: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I & II, Application Architect, System ArchitectExpertise in client-side (Lightning Web Component, JavaScript, HTML, Visualforce, CSS) & server-side (Apex) expertiseExperience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, DemandTools, VS Code).Experience integrating Salesforce with third party systems via web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.)Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, particularly in relation to Salesforce core and other enterprise applicationsKnowledge of AI-powered features in Salesforce (e.g., Einstein Analytics, Prediction Builder) and other enterprise applicationsExperience with configuration of advanced features in Amazon Connect, Service Cloud Voice, Einstein features, Tableau, chat bot, Retail ExecutionExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSelf-directed and comfortable working in fast-paced environmentsAble to solve complex problems and offer new perspectives on existing solutionsProficiency of Microsoft Office and product management tools (i.e. Atlassian suite)Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, including resource allocation, successful onboarding, fostering professional growth, and maintaining high performance standards through effective accountability measuresWORK EXPERIENCE

B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or another relevant field of study, or equivalent work experience.Salary is $145,000 - $185,000
