We are looking for a skilled Order Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Order to Cash cycle and is familiar with both ERP and CRM systems. This role requires a proactive individual who can liaise with business teams, provide day-to-day support, and drive continuous improvements in our Salesforce Order Management System (OMS). Ideal opportunity for people who have worked in Sales Management and Strategy roles, Business Development roles or other Order to Cash cycle and have pivoted to CRM technology have demonstration eagerness to learn and create niche for themselves in Salesforce and Technology Ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day end-user support of the OMS best practice at all levels of the organization. Liaise with business stakeholder to identify gaps between process and technology. Assist in creating solutions within RRX technology stack. Manage Salesforce users permissions and automations. Create and document application requirements and assist in developing program enhancements and changes to the application. Complete bulk imports and exports of data. Collaborate with the business, IT, and other stakeholders to drive high levels of data integrity and operational reliability of our standardized business analytics, tools, and processes. Create and refine reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity with regards to Order Management. Responsible for the overall product quality, stability, and continuous improvement of the Order Management functionality. Develop new user training guides, SOPs, and train new Salesforce users to grow skill sets across the organization for Order Management. Participate in continuous education to stay informed on new Salesforce features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements.Technical Skills Required:
3+ years hands on experience in any Order Management system ( Salesforce OMS, IBM Sterling, Manahattan, etc) Strong understanding of the Order to Cash cycle Self-starter with a proven ability to successfully learn new technology to drive complex issues through analysis and resolution.Preferred:
Two year’s experience working within the Salesforce platform as a Power User or Administrator Certified in Salesforce Administration and Salesforce Business AnalystOther Skills Required:

Additional Salesforce certifications. Experience with Salesforce Lightning UI. Familiarity with data import/export tools and processes.The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors.
