Our culture of evolution and empathy centers on long-term career growth and development opportunities in an environment that embraces your unique skills and experience. **Your role and responsibilities** As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud developer, you will work in an omnichannel environment & help drive best-in-class customer experience. You will work on projects that help clients with implementing or operating Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You can take advantage of opportunities to master new skills, work across different disciplines, move into new challenges and develop a robust understanding of different industries. Your primary responsibilities may include, depending on projects: • Salesforce Marketing Cloud configuration: foundational set up such as business unit configurations, sFTP setup, creation of sender profiles, SSO set up, preference center, integration etc. •Customer journeys implementation: content creation (emails, sms, push notifications, landing pages), journey flow setup, audience segmentation, automations. **Required technical and professional expertise** * 2+ years hands-on experience in marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, mailchimp etc). * html, css, SSJ, javascript * SQL * Excellent communication in English, ability to work in culturally diverse teams. * Strong analytical skills **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Experience working with Jira or similar ticketing tool * UI/UX experience is a plus IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
