We seek a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Hybrid Lead with 5+ years of Marketing Cloud experience who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

Technical Competencies

Approximately 8+ years technical experience

5+ years Marketing Cloud experience (and/or Salesforce.com combined)

Experience across range of apps/ clouds (e.g. SFMC, Core SFDC, Data Cloud, Personalisation Studio)

Able to design and build solutions to meet complex client requirements

Able to lead a technical team to successful delivery Confident in standard development areas, most of the following:Extensive understanding of API Development (REST, SOAP).

Extensive experience in leading integration and technical workstreams

Experience writing well-documented code in AMPScript or SSJS or other server side languages e.g. Node.js, Ruby, Python or PHP.Experience with database management tools like SQL or .Net.

Experience writing front-end languages i.e. HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Experience in developing/ maintaining a website and/or app

Experience in leading the complete life cycle of project development including Release Management Testing, and Deployment

Understands and advocates best practice.Experience in GitHub or similar
