We are looking for a CRM Communications Senior Specialist who will base in Krakow/Poland and be responsible for design and develop marketing cloud journeys, based on market requirements and work as an extension of markets’ back-office team. This role will be a member of Philip Morris Global Business Solutions Krakow Commercial Team (GBS) which provides opportunities to participate in regional/global level projects with international exposure and career opportunities.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

Hold a university degree preferably (but not limited to) business, computer science or other technical educationExperienced with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (1-3 years) Experience on integrating Marketing Cloud with external systems using API (e.g. 3rd party applications, Local SMS provider, social messaging platforms)Contribute to campaign analysis by monitoring key metrics and performance indicators. Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.Advanced segmentation, reporting and analytics, and data configuration capabilities.Passionate about technology Experienced in Digital Marketing Campaigns Focused on expanding your knowledge and competences. Naturally looking for improvements Easily finding a common language with business users and a technical teamAbility to create complex customer/consumer journeys.Data segmentation and targetingHolding relevant certifications (Marketing Cloud Consultant) is a plus Salesforce Marketing Cloud developer experience will be a great asset (experienced with SQL, JavaScript, HTML, REST/SOAP API)Communicating in English at a minimum B2 level

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

 

Work closely with respective markets (among Europe) to gather business requirements, create functional designs, map customer journeys, configure Marketing Cloud, conduct testing, provide training, and define support procedures. Integrate Marketing Cloud with other platforms (i.e. Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.)Automate processes using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and SQL queriesAct as a digital expert actively contributing to the key business decisions for short and long-term strategies in the responsibility area.Support team with guidance, deep expertise & business acumen to reach operational excellence.
