**Job Summary** We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 7 to 10 years of experience in Product Analytics Adobe Analytics Engineering Adobe Analytics Reporting Adobe Audience Manager and Adobe Target. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Consulting and Analytics. This hybrid role requires a day shift with no travel required. **Responsibilities** + Lead the development and implementation of analytics solutions using Adobe Analytics tools. + Oversee the integration of Adobe Analytics with various data sources to ensure comprehensive data collection. + Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve product performance. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement tracking requirements. + Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Adobe Analytics Reporting. + Utilize Adobe Audience Manager to segment and target audiences effectively. + Implement and optimize A/B testing and personalization strategies using Adobe Target. + Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all analytics implementations. + Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to analytics tracking and reporting. + Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in analytics and data management. + Mentor and guide junior developers in the team. + Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. + Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytics processes and methodologies. **Qualifications** + Must have extensive experience in Product Analytics Adobe Analytics Engineering and Adobe Analytics Reporting. + Must have hands-on experience with Adobe Audience Manager and Adobe Target. + Should have a strong background in IT Consulting and Analytics. + Nice to have experience in developing and maintaining dashboards and reports. + Nice to have experience in implementing and optimizing A/B testing and personalization strategies. + Should possess excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. + Must have strong communication and collaboration skills. + Should be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model. + Must be detail-oriented and ensure data accuracy and integrity. + Should be proactive in staying updated with the latest trends in analytics. + Must be able to mentor and guide junior team members. + Should have the ability to communicate findings to stakeholders clearly. **Certifications Required** Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Analytics Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Audience Manager Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity, champions equity and values inclusion.
