**Job Summary** We are seeking a LWC Developers with 4 to 9 years of experience in Salesforce Apex Development Salesforce LS Salesforce and Salesforce Data Migration. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. Experience in Research and Development Sales & Marketing domains is a plus. This role does not require travel. **Responsibilities** + Develop and maintain Salesforce LWC applications using Apex Visualforce and Lightning components. + Perform data migration tasks to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce data. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. + Design and implement custom solutions to meet business needs. + Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce applications through rigorous testing. + Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues. + Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices. + Create and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce solutions. + Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards. + Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on Salesforce development. + Participate in project planning and provide estimates for development tasks. + Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. + Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. **Qualifications** + Must have strong experience in Salesforce Apex Development Salesforce LS Salesforce and Salesforce Data Migration. + Should have a good understanding of Research and Development Sales & Marketing domains. + Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. + Should have strong communication and collaboration skills. + Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. + Should have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with new technologies. + Must have a bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field. **Certifications Required** Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I Salesforce Certified Data Architecture and Management Designer Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
