**Job Summary** We are seeking a Developer with 3 to 6 years of experience in SFDC Development and Customization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce DevOps SFDC Data Lightning Integration and Configuration. Experience in the Medical Devices domain is a plus. The role is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our Salesforce platform to drive business success. **Responsibilities** + Develop and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements and enhance functionality. + Implement Salesforce DevOps practices to streamline deployment and improve system reliability. + Manage SFDC data processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy across the platform. + Utilize SFDC Lightning to create intuitive and efficient user interfaces for improved user experience. + Integrate Salesforce with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation. + Configure Salesforce settings to optimize system performance and support business processes. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions. + Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain system stability and performance. + Document technical specifications and system configurations for future reference and compliance. + Stay updated with Salesforce releases and best practices to ensure the platform remains cutting-edge. + Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the adoption and effective use of Salesforce. + Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. + Ensure all development activities align with company goals and regulatory requirements.
