**About the role** As Senior Salesforce Developer, you will leverage your technical expertise to enhance our account management processes. You will be a valued member of the Salesforce team and work collaboratively with internal and customer teams. **In this role, you will:** + Develop and implement Salesforce Industries OM solutions to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. + Design and customize Salesforce applications to meet specific business needs, focusing on scalability and performance. + Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, minimizing downtime and maintaining system integrity. + Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement. + Document technical specifications and project progress, ensuring transparency and effective communication.. + Strong experience on Deployment tools (Bitbucket/GIT) and ability to handle Pull Requests and conflict resolution + Devops - CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps) **Work model:** Hybrid We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible.
