We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Salesforce Group Product Manager to join our Enterprise Technology Team. Based at our International Market Groups Product Development Centre in Campbellfield, this pivotal full-time role will oversee the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Salesforce initiatives.
Reporting to the International Market Groups (IMG) ET Director, you will lead a team of approximately 30, driving end-to-end product development and delivery, ensuring the Salesforce platform aligns with our broader digital ecosystem, supports commercial needs, and fuels innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and Own Product Strategy: Ensure comprehensive market and user research to define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Salesforce, ensuring alignment with the organization's broader digital ecosystem and overall business goals. Drive Product Development and Delivery: Lead the end-to-end agile development and launch of new features and enhancements within Salesforce, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams from ideation through to release, while ensuring quality. Monitor Product Performance and Optimise: Establish and track key metrics and performance indicators for Salesforce, leveraging data analysis to monitor product success, identify opportunities for optimization, and manage ongoing operational improvements and incident response. Manage Stakeholder and Partner Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with internal executives and external technology partners (e.g., Salesforce, integrators), serving as the key liaison to align technology efforts with commercial needs, and drive product innovation. Lead and Develop High-Performing Teams: Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing product and technology team dedicated to Salesforce, setting clear objectives and fostering a collaborative, innovative, and customer-centric culture. Oversee Financials, Risk, and Operational Stability: Manage budget allocation, financial planning, and resource management for Salesforce digital initiatives, ensuring adherence to data privacy and security standards, and proactively mitigating enterprise digital risks related to the platform.
About You
A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Engineering) is a minimum requirement. An MBA or Master's in a related field is preferred. Commensurate experience in Product Management, specifically with a focus on Salesforce or similar CRM/enterprise platforms. Broad understanding of Salesforce capabilities, ecosystem, and best practices. Proven experience in leading Agile product development teams and processes. Strong leadership skills with a positive teamwork attitude and the ability to inspire and mentor. Proficiency in Product Management tools, excellent communication skills (both oral and written), and demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language. Demonstrated ability to lead and influence complex cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. Strong financial acumen, particularly for business case development and budget management. Deep understanding of Product Development Processes and deliverables, coupled with familiarity with Human-Centered Design principles and a passion for the customer experience. Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment. Strong desire to deliver results, collaborating effectively with all employee levels, from technical personnel to Senior Management.
