Salesforce Go-to-market lead, Life Sciences

IBM is a recognized leader in artificial intelligence and hybrid cloud computing. **Your role and responsibilities** The candidate will cover a new senior role in Salesforce Services Sales in mainly Switzerland and broadly in the Life Sciences industry in DACH region. For 2025, Salesforce is a strong growth potential in Switzerland thus there is an urgent need for GTM roles. The candidate should possess deep Salesforce skills and significant domain expertise in Life Sciences industry, ideally with significant exposure to Veeva CRM and related products. Additionally, the candidate should be a seasoned all-rounder who can support growth in other sectors such as Insurance, Banking , and Manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible in role for developing a pipeline of new Salesforce Services opportunties, in collaboration with IBM Industry and Account leadership in the Life Sciences industry. They will represent IBM as a thought leader with clients and at industry events. They will lead complex proposals in CRM in Lifesciences, whether RFP or proactive. **Required technical and professional expertise** The candidate should possess deep Salesforce skills and significant domain expertise in Life Sciences industry, ideally with significant exposure to Veeva CRM and related products. They should be a seasoned delivery leader with deep experience of solutioning and estimating client implementation projects in this domain, including related topics such as data architecture and migrations. Additionally, the candidate should be a seasoned all-rounder who can support growth in other sectors such as Insurance, Banking, and Manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible in role for developing a pipeline of new Salesforce Services opportunties, in collaboration with IBM Industry and Account leadership in the Life Sciences industry. They will have the necessary presence and gravitas to represent IBM as a thought leader with clients and at industry events.
