Salesforce Field Service Support Analyst

We’re looking for a Salesforce Field Service Support Analyst, located anywhere in North America, to support our Salesforce Field Service by managing system configurations, data, and providing internal customer support to ensure the platform meets our organization’s needs.

What you’ll do:

Configure, customize, and administer the Salesforce Field Service platformManage data imports/exports, troubleshooting issues, and utilize Salesforce tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Reports/DashboardsAnalyze and resolve system issues, optimize workflows, create standard work procedures, provide trend analysis, and advise stakeholdersProvide training, documentation, and support to internal usersHandle multiple tasks, prioritize requests, identify, roll out enhancements, and coordinate with stakeholders to support strategic and operational goalsEnsure data quality through cleansing, assist with regression testing, and generate accurate reportsUnderstand field service operations and how Salesforce supports scheduling, dispatching, and mobile workforce management

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce CPQ Specialist) are highly advantageousStrong project management, data management, training & support abilitiesAbility to build strong working relationships across teams and excellent written and verbal communication skillsSolid business acumen, problem-solving capabilities, effective time management, organization, and leadership skillsExperience with Continuous Improvement Processes is a plus
