Reporting to a Technical Lead.

As an experienced and passionate member of an agile capability team you will deploy leading edge engineering and product configuration solutions to deliver value to our customers. The team uses Salesforce, .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL, HTML/CSS, RESTful web services and Azure cloud technology to provide these new solutions.

Your Responsibilities:You will design, code and test new enterprise-wide applicationsYou will write high-quality code compliant with enterprise and industry standardsYou will collaborate with product owners and partners to ensure understanding of prioritiesYou will coordinate the efficiency of multiple systems and servicesYou will develop required test scenarios/plans to ensure complete testing on all new and changed componentsYou will troubleshoot problems identified by usersYou will help to create a culture of openness and transparencyYou will collaborate with capability team to build an Agile culture in teamsYou will coordinate with partners to understand and document functional requirements related to the end-user experienceYou will understand user needs based on functional requirements, user research, market analysis, customer feedback, and usability findingsYou will identify design problems and create usable solutionsYou will build relationships with all kinds of partners across the organizationYou will help design and implement user research and usability testing to better understand end-user needsYou will ensure that third-party applications and products are customized to deliver a end-user experience.

The Essentials - You Will Have:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
