This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on building scalable Salesforce solutions, mentoring developers, and driving impactful digital transformation across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud (with a focus on Case Management), Data Cloud, Agent Force, and more. Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Collaboration: * Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices * Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions * Maintain and evolve Salesforce development standards, including documentation and version control * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the Salesforce ecosystem Salesforce Development & Integration: * Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other tools * Architect and optimize Salesforce platforms including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud * Integrate Salesforce with telephony systems and external platforms using APIs and middleware Technical Strategy & Innovation: * Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with platform best practices * Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements * Support CI/CD pipelines and agile development workflows
