Our culture of evolution and empathy centers on long-term career growth and development opportunities in an environment that embraces your unique skills and experience. **Your role and responsibilities** The Semi-Senior Developer will be responsible for implementing solutions within the Salesforce platform, following guidelines from senior developers and architects, and contributing to the development of functionalities according to business needs. Their primary responsibilities include: Basic Development and Customization: Developing and configuring solutions within Salesforce, implementing standard components and carrying out customization tasks under supervision. Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Assistance in Salesforce Industries: Contributing to the implementation of Salesforce Industries solutions under the supervision of senior developers, particularly in areas related to telecommunications. Process Optimization: Assisting in the optimization of internal processes, conducting tests, and ensuring the proper functioning of implemented solutions. Team Collaboration: Working closely with senior developers and other technical teams to ensure the quality and delivery of requested functionalities. **Required technical and professional expertise** Proficiency in Salesforce programming languages: Apex, SOSL, SOQL. Expertise in Salesforce user interface development: Visual Force, Aura, Angular, or LWC (HTML5, JS, CSS, XML). Ability to manage Salesforce Flow Builder and Lightning App Builder for application customization and automation. Knowledge of Salesforce Clouds: Sales Cloud and Service Cloud for effective customer relationship management. Strong interpersonal skills: Collaborative team player with aptitude for learning from senior developers to enhance technical abilities. **Preferred technical and professional experience** .
