This Role

Do you love building stuff? The Senior Member of Technical Staff (Salesforce Platform) will be a key member of Digital Marketing Technology team in Hyderabad. This role is for an experienced full stack Salesforce Developer with incredible development experience so that they can complement a team of skilled engineers on projects.

You will be responsible for developing and architecting through all phases of the front-end to the back-end development lifecycle. You will use your experience to work with team members to develop new features, as well as, enhance existing infrastructure and frameworks. You should have a history of building successful Web-based solutions using Web Services and the ability to grasp a variety of unfamiliar technology and integrate them quickly.

As SMTS (Senior Member Of Technical Staff), you would be part of the engineering team, working closely with other Product Managers and Architect, who are responsible for building applications, adding new features or improving the current applications.


Basic Requirements/Experience:

8+ years of full stack engineering experience6+ years of experience programming on the Force.com platformExperience in JavaScript (JS) and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)Experience in complex projects using Web Services integration (REST and/or GraphQL)Build and integrate applications on the Salesforce platform and experience in creating custom objects Strong knowledge of Lightning web componentsExtensive understanding of OO design, design patterns, and data modelingExperience as a technical leader with good communication and influence the design approach to new applications and features


Preferred Requirements/Experience:

Preferred Certifications - Platform Developer 1, Java Script Dev 1 , AdminExperience in Salesforce Flows and other productsExperience with test automation skills - Kumonium, TestNG, Selenium Web Driver, JUnit, JMeter and ApexUnit testing frameworksExperience working with Agile/Scrum methodologyUnderstanding of various user-based security modelsGood to know about CRM analytics/dashboards.
