**Job Summary** The Developer role requires a seasoned professional with 3 to 6 years of experience in Salesforce technologies and a strong background in the Medical Devices domain. The candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on Salesforce Apex Admin and DevOps Data Loader. This position demands proficiency in English and offers a day shift schedule. **Responsibilities** + Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex to enhance business processes in the Medical Devices domain. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. + Implement and optimize Salesforce Admin functionalities to ensure seamless integration and user experience. + Utilize Salesforce DevOps Data Loader for efficient data management and migration tasks. + Conduct regular system audits and prepare for upgrades to maintain system integrity and performance. + Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications to ensure minimal downtime. + Design and execute test plans to validate system functionality and performance. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the Medical Devices sector. + Document technical specifications and user guides for developed solutions. + Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with Salesforce advancements and best practices. + Facilitate training sessions for end-users to maximize the utilization of Salesforce features. + Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making to align Salesforce solutions with business goals. + Drive innovation by proposing new ideas and solutions to improve business processes.
