Salesforce Developer Lead

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide design and implementation expertise to a cross-functional software development team.
- Design and develop software applications from business requirements in collaboration with other team members.
- Support testing and remediate defects.
- May provide guidance, coaching, and training to other employees within job area.

• Lead the development of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, from requirements to deployment. • Design and implement custom applications, workflows, and integrations within Salesforce. • Guide a team of developers and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Develop and maintain complex Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce pages. • Ensure data security and compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA). • Optimize Health Cloud processes, including patient data management, care plans, and workflows. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Health Cloud and custom Salesforce applications. Required Skills and Qualifications: • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 2 years in Health Cloud. • Proficient in Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs. • Strong understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud features, including care plans, patient management, and healthcare workflows. • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems, preferably in healthcare environments. • Experience in leading and mentoring development teams. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps processes.
Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 5+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Health Cloud, or Application Architect. • Knowledge of healthcare industry standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR). • Experience with Salesforce Shield for data encryption and security
