Salesforce CRM Management

Basic Maintenance: Assist in improving Salesforce CRM workflows, dashboards, and reports under supervision.Data Updates: Support regular updates and cleansing activities to maintain data accuracy.User Support: Help address straightforward end-user inquiries and provide guidance on basic Salesforce features.Testing Assistance: Support user acceptance testing for Salesforce updates that impact workflows.

Business Process Support

Process Observation: Participate in identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement in workflows.Documentation: Assist in creating simple process maps and gather information for process optimization strategies.Collaboration: Work alongside team members to implement process improvements.

Data Analytics & Reporting

Data Gathering: Assist in collecting data for analysis to support business development initiatives.Dashboard Updates: Help maintain dashboards for tracking sales and operations performance.KPI Support: Monitor basic key performance indicators under guidance.

Training & Support

Training Participation: Attend training sessions to learn about Salesforce usage and best practices.Support Role: Provide first-level assistance for CRM-related queries from team members.

About You

2-3 years in a related role or internship; pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.Basic understanding of Salesforce administration or analysis; certification is a plus but not requiredStrong analytical skills with expertise in data visualization tools.Good communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.Meticulous and self-motivated with ability to follow-through tasks with tight deadlinesAdaptable with a can-do attitude towards changing prioritiesProficiency in automation tools within Salesforce.Familiarity with marketing or sales operations workflows.
