As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Functional or Core Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and assist in the implementation and optimization of Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Salesforce solutions.Assist in the design and implementation of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.Support the development and execution of test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce solutions.Provide end-user training and support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce.Participate in project meetings, document meeting notes, and track project progress.Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support business decision-making.Continuously seek opportunities to improve Salesforce processes and workflows.
